Wal Mart was founded in 1962 it is family owned and operated. At Wal Mart they sale a whole range of product and services from automotive maintenance care, food, home furnishings, electronics and much more making Wal Mart a one stop shop for mainly the rural south. This year Forbes as 4 Walton family members in the top 20 BILLIONAIRES of the world.

Fortune was founded in 2001 family owned and operated. Fortune is one the first network marketing companies to not be tied to one industry. Fortune also sales a whole range of products and services in several industries travel, health and wellness, telecommunication, internet, retail and more. Fortune is number 81 out of all the network marketing companies out there and out of those 81 70 of them have been around a lot longer anywhere from 15 to 40 years.

Differences:
Wal Mart publicly traded meaning of you work for them you not making all the money share holders are
Fortune privately owned 92% of profits are paid out to the reps people who work the business
You can buy from Wal Mart through Fortune but you can't buy Fortune through Wal Mart
